Monthly Flower Subscription (5 bouquets total)

Monthly Flower Subscriptions!!

What: Monthly flower subscriptions are 5 bouquets of flowers, one each month April through September.  You will receive a wrapped  assortment of in-season flowers(5 bouquets total). Each one guaranteed to be beautiful!

How Much: $130+tax  - This includes 5 wrapped bouquets total with various flowers at are in season.

When: April through September. Spring flowers generally start in April but the exact date is to be determined by Mother Nature.  I will plan to email you one - two weeks ahead of time with details. 

Where: Bouquets will be available to local pick up(St. Martins), Plate & Pour (400 E. High Street - Jefferson City) &  I will offer one meet up location a week - location to be determined. 

By signing up and purchasing this monthly summer flower subscription, I understand that it is a limited perishable product. I agree to pick up my bouquet on the specific date offered. 

If I cannot be present, I will have a friend or family member pick it up for me. If the bouquet is not picked up, it will be donated to a local hospital, nursing home or care facility on my behalf. Bouquets will NOT be refunded or replaced on a different date if they are not picked up.

By signing up and purchasing, I acknowledge that weather affects the timing of flower crops. I understand that I will be contacted via email or facebook messenger, by Meg,  to let me know the exact dates for my monthly summer flower subscription pick up. 

I understand that if an act of God affects the flower crop, Meg will offer comparable substitutions and reimbursements.
